Hughson can finally bid farewell to their six-game losing streak thanks to their game on Wednesday. They and the Ripon Indians finished up on equal footing with a 3-3 draw. The result was nothing new for the Huskies as the team haven't won a game since November 22nd.

Hughson's draw gives them a new season record of 2-6-1. Meanwhile, Ripon's record is now 6-7-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hughson and Ripon Christian will compete for holiday cheer at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Ripon, they will have to wait a while for a more definitive result, as their next game is a ways away: they'll take on Orestimba at 5:15 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
