While Hudson put up plenty of points on Friday, the same can't be said for Stow-Munroe Falls. The Explorers claimed a resounding 35-0 victory over the Bulldogs. The Explorers haven't had any issues with the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.
Hudson can attribute much of their success to Hayden Lipinski, who threw for 151 yards and two TDs while completing 76.5% of his passes, and also punched in one touchdown on the ground. Those 151 passing yards gave Lipinski a new career-high. Christopher Horner was another key player, rushing for 72 yards and one score.
Special teams also played a big role in the game for Hudson, adding 11 points to the final score. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Anthony Paolucci, who ran a punt back for a touchdown.
