 A big part of Trinity's  win came down to the chemistry between  Mason Boyer and his top target  Maddox Jarzynski. Boyer threw for 223 yards and a pair of  TDs while  Jarzynski picked up 116 receiving yards and two  touchdowns. Those  223  passing yards gave  Boyer a new career-high. Trinity also got a significant boost from  Brandon Harris, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 85 yards.
 Meanwhile, Schuylkill Valley was just a  hair shy of victory  on Friday and fell  17-16 to Lancaster Catholic. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
 Trinity's victory was  their fifth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 7-3. A key ingredient in that success has been their performance when it comes to yards per carry: they averaged an imposing 5.24 yards per carry in those games compared to only 3.16 in the others. As for Schuylkill Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 5-5.
