Friday's game will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Fernley hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .400. However, it's not like Spring Creek struggles in that department as they've averaged .426. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Everything went Fernley's way against Spring Creek when the teams last played back in April of 2025, as Fernley made off with a 14-1 victory. Will the Vaqueros repeat their success, or do the Spartans have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
