It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact the Raymond Rangers can now relate to. They were the victim of a rough 28-8 loss at the hands of Greene County on Friday. Raymond has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Amodra Moffett and Keveonta White certainly did their best on Friday to try and avoid the loss. Moffett rushed for 172 yards, while White rushed for 72 yards and a touchdown.
It was another big night for Coby King, who rushed for 48 yards and two touchdowns.
Raymond's loss dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Greene County, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 4-6 record this season.
Raymond does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Greene County will face off against Columbia at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Columbia will be coming into the contest with an undefeated record on the line.
