Allison Nouzovsky was a standout: she got on base in five of her six plate appearances with five RBI, two runs, and one triple. Those five RBI gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Mckenna Morgan, who went 3-for-5 with five runs and four RBI.
Sunrise Mountain always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .611. They are a perfect 8-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.
The win made it two in a row for Sunrise Mountain and bumps their season record up to 13-8. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 15.5 runs over those games.
