The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in their respective states (Flint Hill is ranked fourth in Virginia, while Sandy Creek is ranked sixth in Georgia).
Last Saturday, Flint Hill came up short against Mount Vernon and fell 60-49.
Meanwhile, Sandy Creek entered their tilt with St. Anne-Pacelli with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. Sandy Creek walked away with a 73-66 victory over St. Anne-Pacelli on Saturday. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Flint Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 9-5. As for Sandy Creek, their win was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 13-2.
