Johnson owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-0 win over the Elizabeth Minutemen. The victory was familiar territory for the Crusaders, who have now won four contests in a row.

Johnson pushed their record up to 12-5 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Elizabeth, their loss dropped their record down to 17-6.

Coming up, Johnson will head out to challenge Governor Livingston on Wednesday. As for Elizabeth, they will face off against Colonia at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
