There's no place like home for Winston Salem Christian, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Greater Vision Academy on Tuesday. Winston Salem Christian not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since October 17, 2024 (when they won 3-0).

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Winston Salem Christian was: they took every set by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-6, 25-10, 25-15.

Winston Salem Christian's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Giulia Perazzo, who had 12 aces and five assists. Another player making a difference was Marcela Fernandes, who had nine digs, seven kills, and seven aces.

Winston Salem Christian's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-6. As for Greater Vision Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

As for Greater Vision Academy, they are taking a road trip to take on White Plains Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Lions' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
