After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Olpe, The Central Heights Vikings were happy to have found some success on Thursday. They blew past Erie 48-20 on the road. Brycean Velez was the offensive standout of the game as he rushed for 230 yards and a touchdown while picking up 9.6 yards per carry. Velez was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 55 yards. Baker Moore also deserves a shout-out for his two touchdowns.

Central Heights will square off against Olpe at 7:00 p.m. on November 3rd. Olpe is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune. Erie does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
