Brecksville-Broadview Heights' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Ashley Perdion led the charge by scoring 12 points along with four blocks. The game was Perdion's third in a row with at least ten points. Jessie Zenir was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with 13 rebounds.
Wadsworth's loss dropped their record down to 10-4. As for Brecksville-Broadview Heights, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-4.
Wadsworth will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Notre Dame Academy at 1:30 p.m. on January 13th. As for Brecksville-Broadview Heights, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Woodridge at 10:30 a.m.
