Baseball Recap: Hinsdale Central Makes It Four in a Row on the Road

After losing to Oak Park-River Forest the last time they met, Hinsdale Central decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Red Devils had just enough and edged out the Huskies 5-3. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Red Devils.

Hinsdale Central pushed their record up to 8-10 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. They've had to fight for that success though, as they only beat their opponents by an average of 3.5 runs across that stretch. As for Oak Park-River Forest, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-7.

Hinsdale Central will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Huskies: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
