Grand Blanc's rock-solid pitchers showed up for the team's third consecutive shutout on Monday. They didn't even let the Lapeer Lightning on the board, marking the Bobcats' second-straight 18-0 shutout. The Bobcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 15 matchups by seven runs or more this season.

Grand Blanc is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Lapeer, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 9-16.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Grand Blanc will welcome Powers Catholic at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
