The Tamarac Bengals's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their eighth straight loss. They fell to Glens Falls 64-60. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Glens Falls can attribute much of their success to Gianna Endieveri, who scored 20 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Endieveri has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Darielle Gooden, who scored 13 points.
Tamarac has been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 11 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-10 record this season. As for Glens Falls, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-6.
Tamarac won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Cambridge at 6:00 p.m. on February 8th. Tamarac is coming into the game with four straight losses on the road, meaning Cambridge will have to defend against a squad hungry for a win. Glens Falls does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
