In what's become a running theme this season, the Keller Indians gave their fans yet another huge win on Friday. They blew past Timber Creek 78-47 at home. The win was familiar territory for Keller who now have ten in a row.
Leading Keller to victory were Steven Ramirez and Brooks Bahr. Ramirez scored 22 points along with four steals, while Bahr scored 32 points along with seven rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Bahr has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Rhett Schank, who scored eight points along with eight rebounds.
Several Falcons players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Robert Moore, who scored 16 points along with five rebounds. Moore has been hot recently, having posted 16 or more points the last three times he's played. Another player making a difference was Ryne Lane, who scored four points along with eight rebounds.
Keller has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 17 of their last 18 games, which provided a nice bump to their 24-5 record this season. As for Timber Creek, they are on a 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-18.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Keller will take on V.R. Eaton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Keller is coming into the contest with eight straight wins at home, meaning V.R. Eaton will have to defend against a squad hungry for a win. Timber Creek will take on Keller Central at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Keller Central has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
