Even though the Aggieland HomeSchool Panthers scored an imposing 56 points on Friday, the DasCHE Spartans still came out on top. DasCHE strolled past Aggieland HomeSchool with points to spare, taking the game 70-56. Given DasCHE's advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 129th, while Aggieland HomeSchool is ranked 350th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
DasCHE's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Kaleb Jackson led the charge by scoring 21 points along with five rebounds. Jackson has been hot recently, having posted 21 or more points the last three times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Jadon Comeaux, who scored 18 points.
DasCHE has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 20 of their last 23 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 29-5 record this season. As for Aggieland HomeSchool, their loss dropped their record down to 30-7.
DasCHE didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 76-67 loss vs. Parker-Tarrant HomeSchool on the 10th. Aggieland HomeSchool has also already played their next match, a 67-60 defeat against San Antonio Patriots HomeSchool on the 10th.
