Farmville Central's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Madison Denham led the charge by scoring 8 points along with 12 rebounds and 4 steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Carma Wright, who scored 18 points along with 5 rebounds.
Ella Pierre-Louis and Charlazha Wilson certainly did their best on Wednesday to try and avoid the loss. Pierre-Louis dropped a double-double on 22 points and 16 rebounds, while Wilson scored 18 points along with 8 rebounds. Pierre-Louis scored a full 37.3% of D.H. Conley's points, the second time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points. Aubrey Mayberry was another key contributor, scoring 6 points along with 6 rebounds.
Even though they lost, D.H. Conley were smashing the offensive glass and finished the game with 22 offensive rebounds. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Farmville Central only pulled down 15.
