Summit barely beat Kent Place the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Hilltoppers put the hurt on the Dragons with a sharp 15-0 win on Tuesday. The victory was just business as usual for the Hilltoppers, who after three games remain undefeated this season.
Charlotte Yarnall was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out 15 over seven innings pitched. Yarnall was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with four RBI and one run.
In other batting news, Juliana Alicea was incredible, scoring four runs while getting on base in all five of her plate appearances. Chloe Jacobson was another key player, going 2-for-5 with two triples and three runs.
