The Norton Bluejays scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They breezed by Stockton at home to the tune of 75-14. The win was nothing new for Norton as they're now sitting on four straight.
It was another big night for Eli Jones, who scored 15 points along with six rebounds and three steals. The contest was his seventh in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Dominic Vahling, who scored eight points.
Norton's victory was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-1. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.9 points per game. As for Stockton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-7.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Norton will take on Oakley at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Stockton, they will be playing at home against Victoria on Tuesday.
