Clark (New Orleans, La.) captured the lead in the fourth quarter and held on for a 14-8 victory over
Franklin (New Orleans, La.) on Saturday. The Bulldogs took the lead for good when
Mekail Harris ran for a two-point conversion.

Franklin's only touchdown came on a 13-yard pass in the first quarter.
The victory was a step in the right direction for Clark, which was coming off a 48-0 defeat at the hands of Aquinas in its previous game. The defeat comes as a step back for Franklin, who notched a 38-33 victory over St. Martin's Episcopal in its previous outing. The win broke Clark's three-game losing streak.
Franklin (2-2) goes up against De La Salle in a non-conference game matchup next week, while Clark (1-3) locks horns with McMain also in a non-conference game.
