Meanwhile, SouthLake Christian Academy's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their fourth straight loss. They lost to Davidson Day on the road by a decisive 78-60 margin. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their last game on Tuesday (57), SouthLake Christian Academy still had to take the loss.
Gaston Day is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-9 record this season. As for SouthLake Christian Academy, they dropped their record down to 13-13 with that defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road.
