The Bronson Eagles's game on Thursday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They claimed a resounding 56-22 win over Bell on the road. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Bronson also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2022.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Bronson to victory, but perhaps none more so than Cast Nickolls, who scored 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Justice Phillips, who scored 13 points.
The win got Bronson back to even at 1-1. As for Bell, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bronson will take on Chiefland at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Chiefland and Bronson are at an even 5-5 over their past ten head-to-heads. As for Bell, they have the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Saint Francis Catholic at 7:30 p.m. on December 5th. Saint Francis Catholic will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
