The Taylor Allderdice Dragons scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They blew past Westinghouse 100-21 at home. Taylor Allderdice has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matchups by 30 points or more this season.
Logan Golle continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 26 points along with seven rebounds and six assists. He is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last four games he's played. Another player making a difference was Major Rainey, who scored 16 points along with three steals and two blocks.
The victory was the fourth in a row for Taylor Allderdice, bringing their record for this year to 9-2. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 83.3 points per game. As for Westinghouse, their defeat was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 1-5.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Taylor Allderdice will take on McDowell at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. McDowell knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past four contests -- so hopefully Taylor Allderdice likes a good challenge. As for Westinghouse, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Carrick at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
