Janelle Julue, who each put up five points. Jackson held things down on the boards with eight rebounds.
Seneca has been struggling recently, as they've lost six of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season. As for Shawnee, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-1.
Seneca won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Waggener on December 29th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Kentucky (Waggener is ranked 199th, while Seneca is ranked 207th). Shawnee will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on North Oldham at 6:00 p.m. on January 8, 2024.
