Elberta lost against Northview in their previous head to head back in December of 2022, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 31-23 score last time.
Catie Brown was Elberta's leading scorer, having posted ten points.
Sherry Hensley held things down on the boards with 12 rebounds. Hensley took the lead distributing the ball, coming up with two assists.
Elberta bumped their record down to 0-6 with that defeat, which was their third straight at home. As for Northview, their win bumped their record up to 1-4.
Elberta will head out on the road to face off against Northview at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Northview, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Jay at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Jay presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Northview in Florida (Jay is ranked 40th, while Northview is ranked 618th).
