For the first time this season, West Mifflin will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on the Albert Gallatin Colonials at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. West Mifflin is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.2 runs per game this season.

Last Monday, West Mifflin came up short against Brighton and fell 11-7. The Titans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jayvon Thompson was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March of 2024. Another player making a difference was Hunter Horne, who went 2-for-3 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.

Meanwhile, Albert Gallatin came up short against Connellsville on Friday, falling 18-3.

Albert Gallatin saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Luke Wilson, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Albert Gallatin's loss was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-1. As for West Mifflin, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.
