Joel Ramirez posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Monday. He struck out 12 batters over seven innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and not a single walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in four consecutive appearances.
