The Poyen defense stood its ground in the third quarter, giving up 0 and all but finishing the match. The win bumped their record up to 3-0. The defeat dropped Murfreesboro's record to 1-2.
Next week Poyen take on Conway Christian at 7:00 PM. Poyen have bulldozed their previous three opponents, so Conway Christian might have their hands full. Murfreesboro will look to defend their home turf against Lafayette County at 7:00 PM.
