Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sky View). They came out on top against the Green Canyon Wolves on Tuesday by a score of 16-1 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game). The Bobcats haven't had any issues with the Wolves recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.
Avaree Haramoto made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out seven over four innings pitched. Haramoto was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with two RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in March.
In other batting news, Sky View let Kaylee Eskelson and Cassidy Coleman run wild. Eskelson went a perfect 2-for-2 with three runs, one triple, and two RBI, while Coleman got on base in all three of her plate appearances with three runs, two RBI, and one double. Those three runs gave Coleman a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Eliza Birman, who went 2-for-4 with one triple, one run, and one double.
