Dunbar has enjoyed the comforts of home their last two games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will challenge The Clinton-Massie Falcons at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
After only eight points in their last game, Dunbar made sure to put some points up on the board against Belmont on October 12th. Dunbar breezed by Belmont at home to the tune of 52-0. Given Dunbar's advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio football rankings (they are ranked 277th, while Belmont is ranked 640th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Meanwhile, Clinton-Massie put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past New Richmond 49-0 at home.
Clinton-Massie's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Peyton Warren led the charge by rushing for 92 yards and two touchdowns. Miles Theetge did his part to keep the secondary busy, picking up 87 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Dunbar is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season. As for Clinton-Massie, their victory was their tenth straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 10-0.
