Sinclair Bolick gave up the fewest earned runs he has since back in March on Wednesday. He did his part (and then some), not allowing a single earned run over seven innings pitched for the 'W'. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Myrtle Beach is 2-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 3-9 otherwise.

Bolick's effort led Myrtle Beach over Socastee and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Braves are limping into the matchup having lost eight straight on the road dating back to last season.
