The East Bay Indians lost against the Bloomingdale Bulls back in December of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. East Bay fell just short of Bloomingdale by a score of 50-47. East Bay has struggled against Bloomingdale recently, as their match on Friday was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.
East Bay lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Aaron Quarterman, who scored 15 points along with five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Amare Baran, who scored eight points.
East Bay's defeat ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-12. As for Bloomingdale, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-7.
East Bay will face off against Middleton at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Middleton is no doubt hoping to put an end to a seven-game streak of away losses. As for Bloomingdale, they will head out on the road to face off against Freedom at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
