 Pope pushed their record up to 5-2 with the  win, which was their sixth straight  at home dating back to last season. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 58.5 points per game. As for Lassiter, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.
