The BASIS - Scottsdale Bulldogs came into Tuesday's game having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top against ASU Prep by a score of 61-49 on Tuesday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as BASIS - Scottsdale also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2018.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead BASIS - Scottsdale to victory, but perhaps none more so than Aaryan Dwvedi, who shot 4-for-7 from downtown and dropped a double-double on 18 points and ten rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Blake Tropper, who scored 14 points along with five assists and five steals.
BASIS - Scottsdale's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-13. As for ASU Prep, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost eight of their last ten matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-11 record this season.
BASIS - Scottsdale will look to defend their home court on Thursday against BASIS - Chandler at 7:00 p.m. BASIS - Scottsdale has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. ASU Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
