Booker T. Washington's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Marquez Daniels, who scored 17 points along with eight rebounds and four blocks. Daniels has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last three times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Elijah Hall, who scored 20 points.
Booker T. Washington pushed their record up to 14-8 with that win, which was their seventh straight on the road. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.7 points per game. As for Smiths Station, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost ten of their last 11 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-17 record this season.
Booker T. Washington will be playing at home against the Rams at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Brewbaker Tech focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up nine last Saturday. Smiths Station does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
