The Temple City Rams lost against the Los Altos Conquerors back in December of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Temple City was dealt a 70-41 loss at the hands of Los Altos. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Temple City has scored all season.
Despite the loss, Temple City had strong showings from Hayden Hui, who scored 12 points along with six rebounds, and Justin Chung, who scored four points along with seven rebounds. Those six rebounds set a new season-high mark for Hui. Shawn Le was another key contributor, scoring four points.
Even though they lost, Temple City were smashing the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
Temple City's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Los Altos, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season.
Temple City won't have much time to rest: their next game is against La Canada at 7:00 p.m. on December 13th. La Canada is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak. As for Los Altos, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Southlands Christian.
