Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Ashley Ridge to victory, but perhaps none more so than Katie Johnson, who scored nine points along with six rebounds and five assists. Dianna Blake was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with seven rebounds and four blocks.
Ashley Ridge's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 18-5. As for Summerville, their defeat ended a 15-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 18-7.
Ashley Ridge does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Summerville, they will play host again and welcome Stall, where tip off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
