Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Ursuline). They blew past the Austintown-Fitch Falcons 87-53 on Tuesday. The Fighting Irish have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 25 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Austintown-Fitch still got an impressive performance from Ej Giles, who went 5 for 10 on his way to 15 points in addition to seven boards and four steals. With that strong performance, Giles is now averaging an impressive 2.2 steals per game. The team also got some help courtesy of Justyn Glover, who posted eight points and five rebounds.

The victory (which was Ursuline's third in a row) raised their record to 4-2. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 29.3 points. As for Austintown-Fitch, they dropped their record down to 2-4 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

When Ursuline and Austintown-Fitch next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Ursuline will try to stop Harding's three-game winning streak when the meet at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Austintown-Fitch will try to stop Cardinal Mooney's four-game winning streak when the meet at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
