Wharton's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Nina Green, who scored 13 points along with six rebounds and five steals. Emma Maggio was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with five steals.
Lennard bumped their record down to 3-10 with that loss, which was their third straight at home. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 28.0 points per game. As for Wharton, their victory bumped their record up to 16-1.
