The More Cavaliers are ranked highly in their home state, and on Saturday they took on another highly ranked team in the form of the Buffalo Bison. More took a serious blow against Buffalo, falling 62-33. More was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 43-18.
Kamry Davis was the offensive standout of the matchup as she scored 17 points. That makes it two consecutive games in which she has scored at least 25% of Buffalo's points. Another player making a difference was Grace Peterson, who scored 10 points along with 5 rebounds.
More's loss dropped their record down to 2-1. As for Buffalo, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.
More will be home for the holidays to greet Scottsbluff on Saturday. As for Buffalo, they will head out on the road to face off against Sheridan at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
