Rye extended their winning streak to six games thanks to a huge performance from Carson Miller. The Garnets were the clear victors by a 48-23 margin over the Eastchester Eagles on Friday with plenty of help from Miller, who threw for 321 yards and six touchdowns while picking up 14.6 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 81 yards on only seven carries. Thanks to that big game, he is now up to 19 passing touchdowns on the season.

Rye's win bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Eastchester, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-4.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Rye will take on rival Nyack at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. That matchup will pit two of the most dominant signal callers against one another: Miller and Devin Bierfeldt. Meanwhile, Eastchester is set to challenge their familiar foe Clarkstown North at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
