The Hebron Hawks''s game last Friday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They came out on top against Plano West by a score of 41-28. The high flying offensive effort was a huge turnaround for Hebron's zero-point performance the game before.
Among those leading the charge was Patrick Crayton Jr, who rushed for 121 yards and two touchdowns on only 13 carries. Ayson McCray Jones also deserves a shout-out for his two touchdowns.
Hebron now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Plano West, their loss was their seventh straight at home (dating back to last season), which dropped their overall record down to 1-8.
Hebron will take on Lewisville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Lewisville is coming into the contest hot, having won their last four games. As for Plano West, they will head out on the road to face off against Flower Mound at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Flower Mound presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Plano West in Texas (Flower Mound is ranked 171st, while Plano West is ranked 500th).
