Fans got a thrill when Raquan Green and Dushad Morris connected against Liberty County. The longest such play in AAA Region 1 this season, the connection resulted in 73 yards.
Appling County scaled the state rankings by moving to 187 from 240 this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Pirates were able to make move up by defeating Screven County 38-13.
