The Maranatha Minutemen entered their tilt with the Muir Mustangs with two consecutive wins  but they'll enter their next game with three. Maranatha blew past Muir 53-27. Fans of Maranatha have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season ended as a blowout.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Maranatha to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Nick Khatchikian, who  scored 8 points. Another player making a difference was  Chris Smith, who  scored 8 points along with 7  rebounds and 3  steals.
 Maranatha's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Muir, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
 Maranatha won't have much time to rest: their next  contest is against Crespi at 8:15  p.m.  on December 1st. Crespi will be coming into the  game with an undefeated record on the line. Muir will be staying on the road  on Saturday to face off against South Pasadena at 5:15  p.m.  on December 2nd. South Pasadena has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 294 points over their last four games.
