The Meridian Trojans were the 63-3 winner over the Cedar Park Christian Eagles when they last played one another back in November of 2017, but their luck changed this time around. Meridian fell just short of Cedar Park Christian by a score of 24-21.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Cedar Park Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than Ethan Ballweber, who picked up 141 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Gregory Roy was another key contributor, throwing for 197 yards and three touchdowns on only 16 passes.
Meridian has been struggling recently, as they've lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-6 record this season. As for Cedar Park Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season.
