The New Mexico School for the Deaf Roadrunners put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They claimed a resounding 71-31 victory over Walatowa Charter at home. Considering New Mexico School for the Deaf has won four matchups by more than 35 points this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.
New Mexico School for the Deaf was led to victory by Tyler Todorovic and Adrien Ercolino. Todorovic shot 4-for-9 from long range and dropped a double-double on 29 points and ten rebounds, while Ercolino dropped a double-double on 20 points and 20 rebounds. That makes it four consecutive games in which Todorovic has scored at least 25% of New Mexico School for the Deaf's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Zion Holmes, who scored 11 points.
New Mexico School for the Deaf pushed their record up to 7-0 with that victory, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Walatowa Charter, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.
