After losing to Divide County the last time they met, Ray/Powers Lake decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Everything came up roses for Ray/Powers Lake against Divide County on Friday as the team secured a 62-8 win. Followers of Ray/Powers Lake probably expected little less of the squad in a season in which they have collected six blowout victories.
The victory bumped Ray/Powers Lake's record up to 6-0. The loss dropped Divide County back to even at 3-3.
Next week Ray/Powers Lake take on Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood at 7:00 PM. Each team will be battling to keep a win streak alive as Ray/Powers Lake skips in on six wins and Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood on four. As for Divide County, they will face off against Tioga. Neither of those teams wants a repeat from their last game since each was dealt a considerable loss.
