Basketball Recap: Lancaster Christian Academy Skates Past Upper Cumberland with Ease

You can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Lancaster Christian Academy's strategy against Upper Cumberland on Saturday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Lancaster Christian Academy Knights blew the Upper Cumberland Rams out of the water with a 68-35 final score. The Knights have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Lancaster Christian Academy was led to victory by Josh Whitt and Lincoln Miller. Whitt dropped a double-double on 27 points and ten boards, while Miller went 7 of 8 on his way to 15 points in addition to five rebounds and three steals. That's the most points Miller has posted since back in February of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Lleyton Logel, who posted seven points and five rebounds.

The victory (which was Lancaster Christian Academy's third in a row) raised their record to 14-1. As for Upper Cumberland, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.

Lancaster Christian Academy will head out to take on Franklin Road Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Upper Cumberland, they will welcome CSTHEA at 5:00 p.m. on January 11th.
