Mendon is 9-1 against Brockport since January of 2020, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Wednesday. The Mendon Vikings will head out on the road to challenge the Brockport Blue Devils at 7:15 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Last Saturday, Mendon came up short against Rush-Henrietta and fell 67-54.
Brockport suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Friday. They were beaten by Greece Athena 81-51. Brockport has not had much luck with Greece Athena recently, as the team's come up short the last eight times they've met.
Mendon's defeat dropped their record down to 2-1. As for Brockport, they bumped their record down to 3-9 with that loss, which was their fifth straight at home.
Everything came up roses for Mendon against Brockport in their previous meeting back in December of 2023 as the squad secured a 63-34 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Mendon since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
