It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Oxbridge Academy ThunderWolves had no problem doing just that on Friday. They never let the Buccaneers onto the board and left with a 1-0 win. That's two games straight that Oxbridge Academy has won by exactly one goal.
Their one-goal win came courtesy of
Julien Dorsey, who's now up to eight this season.
The win made it two in a row for Oxbridge Academy and bumps their season record up to 11-6-2. As for Benjamin, their loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-6-3.
Oxbridge Academy will head out on the road to square off against Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Oxbridge Academy surely won't give up without a fight. Benjamin does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
